  • Carry out financing presentations targeted at both private and public investors: Wall Street Investment conferences; Piper Jaffray Conference, New York, NY; Monte Jade Forum, Vancouver, BC; MedTech Insight, Boston, MA; MedTech Insight, Irvine, CA.
  • Negotiate financing terms and conditions to consummate a transaction
  • Act as “quarterback” for the public listing process for Canadian or US listings
  • Monitor and work with U.S. and Canadian professional advisors, such as lawyers and accountants and regulatory authorities

Finance is an art and a science. This is a process that must be carefully calibrated. There are many pitfalls along the way that must be avoided. An experienced guide is a valuable asset to success.
